【中文摘要】 本文采用串并聯(lián)通氣栽培法 ,研究了CO2 濃度對兩種擔子菌 (靈芝和灰樹花 )菌絲體萌發(fā)生長的影響。結果表明 :低于大氣CO2 濃度水平下的氣體環(huán)境對菌絲的萌發(fā)生長不利 ,具有一定的抑制作用 ;而相對較高的CO2 含量對菌絲體萌發(fā)有刺激作用 ,能夠促進菌絲體健壯生長 ,縮短萌動期。

【英文摘要】 The effect of different concentration of carbon dioxide on the mycelium gemination of two kinds of edible basidomycetes (Ganoderma lucidum,Polyporus frondsus)was studied by the cultivated method of employing series-parallel connection ventilation in this paper.The result obtained from this experiment were as follows.At the low CO 2 level the mycelium germination was inhibited,but at the relatively higher CO 2 level it was promoted,and the period of mycelium germination was shortened.
