【中文摘要】 本文研究了MgSO4 、KH2 PO4 二種無機物與香菇Cr- 0 2液體發(fā)酵生長量的關系。結果證明 :在 2 7℃搖床轉速為 134r/min的培養(yǎng)條件下 ,MgSO4 濃度 0 0 5 % ,KH2 PO4 濃度為 0 10 % ,發(fā)酵 96h香菇生長量最大 ,發(fā)酵液透光率T在 6 30nm波長時達 135 8% ,其濕菌體產(chǎn)量32 6g/ 10 0mL ,發(fā)酵液由深褐色變成黃色、粘度大、透明 ,菌絲體個體較大且數(shù)目較多
【英文摘要】 In this paper we study the relationship between MgSO 4,KH 2PO 4 and biomass of shiitake.The results reveal that the biomass of shiitake is the largest after fermented for 96h on condition that the temperature is at 27℃,the shaker rotation speed is at 134 r/mim,the concentration of MgSO 4 is 0 05%,that of KH 2PO 4 is 0 01%.The transmittance of the fermentation solution is 135 8%.When the wavelengh is 630nm and the yield of wet somatic is 32 6g/100mL,the fermentation solution turns light yellow,which is transparent,the body of mycelium pellet is a bit large and the number of mycelium pellet is a bit large too.
