【中文摘要】 除麥麩浸出液外 ,其余各種自然物質(zhì)浸出液均能不同程度地促進(jìn)柱狀田頭菇 (Agrocybecylindrcea)菌絲體的生長(zhǎng) ,其中尤以魚粉浸出液的效果最為顯著 ,豆粉、廢菌糠的浸出液對(duì)菌絲體生長(zhǎng)也有較顯著的促進(jìn)作用。當(dāng)加入的浸出液濃度達(dá)到一定值時(shí) ,其促進(jìn)作用趨于平緩

【英文摘要】 The effects of eight kinds of extracts from natural materials on growth of the organism were oberserved.The growth were stimulated to some extent by all the tested extracts except one from wheat-bran.The stimulation of the extracts from fish meal,soybean meal and wastage of shiitake′s were the most effective.The relationship between extract concentration of shiitake substrate wastage and sawdust and diameter of colony fitted to logistic curve
