【中文摘要】 雞腿菇（Ｃｏｐｒｉｎｕｓｃｏｍａｔｕｓ）是一種具有巨大商品潛力和發(fā)展前景的食用菌新秀。本文對引進的雞腿菇進行了母種培養(yǎng)基的篩選研究，結果認為雞腿菇在ＰＤＡ－麥粒煮汁綜合培養(yǎng)基上生長最好，在麥粒汁培養(yǎng)基上生長最差。

【英文摘要】 Coprinus comatus,a kind of the new exploit edible fungus,has giant merchandise potentialities and recruit prospects.This reprot had been studied the stock culture medium of Coprinus comatus.The results showed that Coprinus comatus could grow best in PDA-wheat-composite medium and worst in wheat medium.
