【中文摘要】 本文首次觀察到，在月平均氣溫３．６～４．９℃的低溫季節(jié)，生長在菇木上的香菇子實體釋放擔孢子的持續(xù)時間可達６１ｄ（天），采摘后的香菇子實體釋放擔孢子的持續(xù)時間可達２９ｄ。在相同氣候條件下，香菇子實體釋放擔孢子的持續(xù)時間與菌蓋直徑成正比。

【英文摘要】 This paper is first to report that the Lentinus edodes fruit body releasing spores growing on the bed log lasts 61 days under the monthly average temperature 3 6～4 9℃, while plucked fruit body releasing spores lasts 29 days under the same climate condition. The sustained time of lentinus edodes fruit body releasing spores is in proportion with the diameter of pileus.
