【中文摘要】 本文對(duì)三株糙皮側(cè)耳８３１原生質(zhì)體再生株進(jìn)行了溫度、光線、ｐＨ及不同碳汽源試驗(yàn)，以探討各菌株最適宜的生長(zhǎng)條件。出菇試驗(yàn)表明再生株８３１—Ｉ的生物學(xué)效率為１４２％，出菇量比對(duì)照８３１高２２．８％，是一株值得推廣應(yīng)用的優(yōu)良菌株。

【英文摘要】 In this paper,three protoplast regeneration strains of Pleurotus ostreatus 831 are stud-ied in such aspects as temperature,light, pH value and the resources for carbon and nitrogen, so as to testthe suitable conditions for them to grow.The fruiting experiment of regeneration strains show that the bio-logical efficiency of 831-Ⅰis 142%, its fruit weight is 22.8%higher than that of 831 and this is a goodstrain which is worth popularizing and applying.
