【中文摘要】 本文報導(dǎo)了用于制作雙孢蘑菇顆粒菌種的幾種新材料。研究表明：蕎麥?zhǔn)翘娲←湹暮貌牧?，養(yǎng)麥菌種的質(zhì)量與小麥菌種無差別，其成本比小麥種降低１５％左右。木粒屑、高梁籽也有可能替代小麥，成為制作雙孢蘑菇菌種的新材料。

【英文摘要】 Several new material of mycelia of Agaricus bisporus Peck were,eported in this paper,the results are as follows:Buckwheat is a good material of mycelia of A. bisporus that substitute for wheat. The quality of myceliais not difference between buckwheat and wheat, but the cost of buckwheat mycelia can reduce 15%less thanwheat's. It's possible too that the bits of wood and sorghum substitute for wheat.
