【中文摘要】 本文研究了黑柄炭角菌酯酶同工酶譜表型及黑柄炭角菌體的不同生長期和多糖含量變化與酯酶活性的關系。結果表明，不論培養(yǎng)條件，采樣部位和采樣時間如何不同，其酯酶同工酶的酶譜在型基本相同，均有穩(wěn)定的２條酶帶。但酶活性隨菌體生長發(fā)育時期的不同而有所差異，在菌體生長的前三天酶活性較強，隨后便逐漸減弱，同時多糖的含量也呈現(xiàn)出相應的規(guī)律性變化。

【英文摘要】 In this experiment the esterace isoenzyme and the polysaccharide content of the Xylar-ia nigripes (Kl.)Sace were studied.The results indicated that no matter how different the conditions ofculture,the position and period of collect samples were,the esterace isoenzyme pedigree chart were basical-ly alike,They all had two stripes of enzyme belts,but the activities of enzyme were varied with the period ofhyphae growth and were comparatively strong at the first three days,then gradually weaken,In the mean-time,the polysaccharide content correspondingly changed with regularity.
