【中文摘要】 紅汁乳菇，質(zhì)脆味美，營養(yǎng)豐富，湘西各族人民視為山中珍品，市場上十分走俏。由于屬菌根菌，國內(nèi)外研究報道甚少。本文就筆者１９９１年９月以來，對湘西紅汁乳菇的分布及生態(tài)環(huán)境等進行考察研究的結果，予以報告。

【英文摘要】 Lactarius hatsudake Tanaka is brittle and delicious witL abundant nutrient.The people for nationalities in West Hunan regard as it is a treasure from land.In the market it is a goods in great demand,As it belongs to mycorrhiza, the report at home and abroad is very few.Authors have investigated and studied the distribution and ecological enviro-nment of Lactarius hatsudake Tanaka in West Hunan since September 1991.Here the results obtained are reported.
