【中文摘要】 通過香菇液體菌種深層發(fā)酵中試，初步確定了工藝流程及各級(jí)配方，證明了此工藝可在短時(shí)間內(nèi)生產(chǎn)出大量菌液，是一種快速生產(chǎn)香菇菌種的好方法。香菇菌液接入蔗渣生料栽培子實(shí)體試驗(yàn)，提供了一種克服污染、提高產(chǎn)量、節(jié)約成本，較為簡(jiǎn)單和實(shí)用的栽培模式。

【英文摘要】 Aprocess of the liquid strain submerged fermentation technique of Lentinus edodes and its medium formulas of each grade have been dctermined in the experiment.whichhas proved to be a satisfactory method for producing rapidly a large amount of liquidstrain within a short time.A simple and practical pattern of culturing Lentinus edodeshas been obtained from the test of culturing its fruit body by inoculating the liquidstrain on the unfermented substrate of cane trach,which could control contamination,increase yield and save cost.
