【中文摘要】 生理鹽水配制的木耳單核擔(dān)孢子懸浮液，用劑量１００－２０００Ｇｙ、劑量率２０Ｇｙ／ｍｉｎ的鉆６０ｖ射線輻照后，挑?。常保埃皞€(gè)輻照處理單孢萌發(fā)菌落在完全培養(yǎng)基和基礎(chǔ)培養(yǎng)基上篩選，共獲得９株穩(wěn)定的營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺陷型單核菌株。輻照誘變頻率２．３８×１￣（－３）－４．４４×１０￣（－２）。營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺陷型菌株原生質(zhì)體回復(fù)突變率小于１０￣（－６）。營(yíng)養(yǎng)缺陷類型包括氨基酸、維生素和核酸堿基的單缺類型和復(fù)合多缺類型。

【英文摘要】 suspension of monokaryotic basidiospores of Auricularia auricula and A.fuscosucinea were radiated with ￣(60)Co gamma ray.The dosage employed was 100-2000 Gy,With dosage rate 20 Gy/min.,After radiation,3100 radiated monospore colonies were picked out. Then they were transfered onto tbe comolete midium(CYM) and also the minium midium (MM).Through such screening 9stable auxotrophic monokaryotic mutant Strains were obtained.The results revealed that the radiational mutagenic frequency was 2.38 ×10￣(-3)-4.44 × 10￣(-2).The reverse mutation frequency of the protoplast of the auxotrophic mutants was less than 10￣(-6). The types of the auxotrophic mutants included mono-defect type & poly-defect type of either amino acid or vitamin or nucleic acid base.
