【中文摘要】 本文報(bào)道了刺孔通氣對(duì)香菇予實(shí)體形成的重要作用。經(jīng)刺孔通氣的人造菇木,發(fā)生的香菇個(gè)數(shù)顯著增加,單菇增重,產(chǎn)量大幅度提高,特別是對(duì)中低溫品種效果更顯著,菌絲成熟時(shí)間可縮短30多天,比常規(guī)管理增產(chǎn)63.0%,達(dá)到百公斤干料產(chǎn)干菇11.2公斤的高產(chǎn)。

【英文摘要】 This paper deals with the decisive effect,which is created by ventilation of perforated artificial shiitake logs,on shiitake fruitbody formation,A great increase not only in number of fruitbodies but also in size is achieved through new technigues of perforating artificial shiitake logs,and a sharp rise in yield is obtained as well.This technigues results especially in the cultivation of medium-low shiitake strains.The.generative and vegetative period is shortened by.30 days and the yield increased by 63.0%—11.2kg of dried shiitake mushrooms from 100kg dry substrate.
