【中文摘要】 <正> 榆耳(Gloeostereum incarnatum S.Ito et Imai)是一種珍貴的食、藥兼用真菌。它分布于我國(guó)的東北地區(qū)和日本的北海道。近年來(lái),野生榆耳資源已頻于枯竭。為此,許多人進(jìn)行人工栽培,由于缺乏對(duì)榆耳營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理的全面了解和菌株的選育,其人工栽培的產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量并沒(méi)有達(dá)到榆耳本身的遺傳潛力。我們通過(guò)對(duì)榆耳營(yíng)養(yǎng)生理的深入研究,掌握了榆耳高產(chǎn)栽培技術(shù),技術(shù)要點(diǎn)報(bào)告如下: 一、菌種制備 1.菌株:實(shí)驗(yàn)用我們自己選育的“U06”菌株。

【英文摘要】 In order to get good yield in terms of quantity and quality the key points of cultivation of Gloeosterenum incarnatum S. Ito et Imai are discussed. Besides selection of Rood strains the main points are, (1) Suitable substrate such as waste co, on, (2) Sufficient water supply and (3) Proper temperature control. Relative biological efficiency of 311-411% will be made when the points are achieved.
