【中文摘要】 蘑菇增產(chǎn)靈是一種新的蘑菇子實(shí)體生長促進(jìn)劑,由輕工業(yè)部食品發(fā)酵工業(yè)科學(xué)研究所開發(fā)和研制而成。本文討論了蘑菇增產(chǎn)靈對蘑菇產(chǎn)量的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,在子實(shí)體原基形成期,噴施蘑菇增產(chǎn)靈溶液的處理,蘑菇產(chǎn)量比對照增加15～20％以上,蘑菇質(zhì)量未發(fā)現(xiàn)顯著的差別。根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,蘑菇增產(chǎn)的效應(yīng)是顯著的。

【英文摘要】 Zeng-Chan-Ling is a new kind of growth-promoting agent for the fruiting body of mushroom, Agaricus bisporus, This kind of promoting agent was developed by Scientific Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industry, Ministry of Light Industry. The paper discussed the effect of Zeng-Chan-Ling on the yield of mushroom. The results obtained in the research indicated that the treatment of mushroom by spraying Zeng-Chan-Ling solution at the stage of primordia formation increased the yield of mushroom by over 15-20% compared with the controls, but no obvious difference in the quality of mushroom. According to the statistical analysis, the effect of increasing mushroom yield is significant.
