【中文摘要】 <正> 自一九八五年以來(lái),作者在湖南省會(huì)同縣進(jìn)行了竹蓀野生資源的考察和人工馴化試驗(yàn),除長(zhǎng)裙竹蓀、黃裙竹蓀外,并發(fā)現(xiàn)一種菌托長(zhǎng)棘毛的竹蓀。這種竹蓀適應(yīng)性較強(qiáng),分布也廣,以前群眾叫它“鬼打傘”,從未開(kāi)發(fā)利用,如今已開(kāi)發(fā)并人工試種成功。近兩年來(lái),已采收加工一萬(wàn)多朵投放市場(chǎng),該產(chǎn)品味道鮮美,香氣濃郁,營(yíng)養(yǎng)豐富,據(jù)測(cè)定,其18種氨基酸,其含量占17.74%,其中谷氨酸含量占2.62%,頗受消費(fèi)者的歡迎。如今會(huì)同縣“竹蓀培育”項(xiàng)目已納入湖南省山區(qū)科技開(kāi)發(fā)“星火”計(jì)劃,該種作為主要栽培品種。這種竹蓀,有人稱(chēng)“刺托竹蓀”也有稱(chēng)“多
【英文摘要】 A new species is reported from Huitong County, Prov. Hunan, namely Dietyophora echino-volvata Zang, Zheng et Hu, (Nora. nud.). This thermophilic species can conveniently be defined as its with a maximum for basidiocarp growth at 30—35℃ or above. The species is close to Dictyophora indusiata(Vent, ex Pers.) Fischer, but would be distinguished from the volvate which is characterized by having echinulate surface.
