微波消解ICP-MS法測(cè)定香菇中重金屬含量

【摘要】 采用密閉微波消解法消解香菇樣品,在優(yōu)化微波消解條件的基礎(chǔ)上,建立微波消解ICP-MS法同時(shí)測(cè)定干香菇中As、Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe和Mg九種重金屬元素的方法,在最佳試驗(yàn)條件下,加標(biāo)收率為92.0%～104.6%,RSD為2.2%～5.3%。該方法簡(jiǎn)便、快速、準(zhǔn)確。
