【摘要】 以馬鈴薯渣和農(nóng)作物秸稈為原料進行糙皮側(cè)耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)栽培試驗。結(jié)果表明:當馬鈴薯渣(折合干重)和秸稈(玉米芯)質(zhì)量比為1∶2時,出菇潮次多、產(chǎn)量高、生物轉(zhuǎn)化率高且商品品質(zhì)好。

【Abstract】 Substrates containing potato residue(remaining after starch extraction) mixed with soybean straw or corn cobs were used to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.Mushroom fruit body yields and quality were highest with composts consisting of potato residue and either soybean straw or corn cobs in a 1∶2 ratio(dry weight),supplemented with 1% gypsum,1% lime,0.4% urea and 0.01% carbendazim.Using these compost formulations,recorded fruit body yields and quality were similar to control cultivations employing ...
