【摘要】 經(jīng)超微粉碎獲得人工栽培紫芝(Ganoderma sinense)子實體超細粉,以乙醇為改性劑,應用超臨界CO2流體萃取技術獲得紫芝萃取物(醇溶性部位);從萃取物的石油醚-乙酸乙酯洗脫物中分離得到3個化合物,采用顯微熔點測定儀、紅外分光光度計和超導核磁共振儀分別鑒定為靈芝醇A(ganoderiol A)、ganodermadiol和靈芝酮三醇(ganodermanontrio1)。

【Abstract】 Finely ground Ganoderma sinense fruit bodies were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction using absolute EtOH as entrainer.The ethanol soluble fraction was applied to a ZCX-III silica column and eluted with a mobile phase consisting of different ratios of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate.Three triterpene alcohols were separated in the different fractions and identified as ganoderio1 A,ganodermadio1 and ganodermanontriol based on melting point determinations,and IR,ESI-MS and NMR spectro...
