【摘要】 通過研究冬蟲夏草(Ophiocordyceps sinensis)固體發(fā)酵物水提液對負重小鼠游泳時間的影響,初步探討其抗疲勞作用。結果表明:與陰性對照組相比,灌胃喂養(yǎng)冬蟲夏草固體發(fā)酵物水提液的小鼠負重游泳時間顯著延長,證明在本試驗條件下冬蟲夏草固體發(fā)酵物具有顯著的抗疲勞作用。
【Abstract】 Ophiocordyceps sinensis mycelium was grown in 250 mL glass bottles on a solid medium consisting of 1% glucose,0.5% peptone,0.3% yeast extract and 0.3% malt extract in distilled water mixed with rice(1.5∶1).Hot(80-99 ℃) aqueous extracts of fungal mycelium grown for 25-30 d were administered to mice as part of their daily liquid intake(0.2 mL/10 g body weight) for 30 d and the anti-fatigue effects were evaluated using the weight-loaded swimming times of the mice as indicator.Extracts at a dose lev...
