遠(yuǎn)志芯作為食用菌栽培主原料的可行性研究Feasible Research of Thinleaf milkwort root-core Used as the Main Raw Materials in Cultivation of Edible Fungi

【摘要】 針對(duì)食用菌栽培主要原材料價(jià)格飛漲、供應(yīng)不足的矛盾,開展利用地方大宗中藥種植業(yè)副產(chǎn)物"遠(yuǎn)志芯"作為主要原材料栽培食用菌的可行性研究。研究結(jié)果顯示,遠(yuǎn)志芯以50%的比例與少量棉籽殼組合進(jìn)行平菇栽培,與傳統(tǒng)配方比較,在栽培周期、產(chǎn)量等方面均有所提升,可使生產(chǎn)成本降低40%,且產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)配方產(chǎn)品。

【Abstract】 As a countermeasure to the expensive and rare status of edible fungi cultivation on main raw materials,the feasible research of thinleaf milkwort root-core used as the main raw materials in cultivation had been completed.The results showed that when thinleaf milkwort root-core was used in cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus at the proportion of 50%,the cultivation period,production and quality would be improved,while 40% costs were reduced.
