【摘要】 以香菇(Lentinula edodes)為試驗(yàn)材料,探討在液體和固體平板培養(yǎng)條件下不同濃度殼聚糖對(duì)菌絲生長(zhǎng)代謝的影響,結(jié)果表明,液體培養(yǎng)條件下,當(dāng)殼聚糖濃度為0.017和0.01mg/mL時(shí),對(duì)菌球濃度、菌球直徑、菌絲體生物量的促進(jìn)作用與對(duì)照組相比,均達(dá)到顯著差異;固體平板培養(yǎng)條件下,當(dāng)殼聚糖濃度為0.017和0.01mg/mL時(shí),菌絲萌發(fā)最快,且與對(duì)照組達(dá)到極顯著差異,同時(shí)在該條件下菌絲生長(zhǎng)速度最快。因此,可選殼聚糖濃度0.017和0.01mg/mL作為液體和固體平板菌絲生長(zhǎng)促進(jìn)劑的最佳濃度。
【Abstract】 The effects of chitosan on the growth of Lentinula edodes mycelium on both solid media and in submerged culture,and on amino nitrogen levels in spent culture fluids,were determined.The concentration and diameter of mycelial pellets,and the total mycelial biomass,were significantly greater when culture media were supplemented with 0.017 and 0.01 mg/mL chitosan compared with unsupplemented controls.Furthermore,the time required for new L.edodes hyphal growth to occur after transfer of mycelium fro...
