【摘要】 以樺褐孔菌(Inonotus obliquus)菌株JL01為試驗(yàn)材料,研究其在代料栽培期間9種胞外酶活性的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,羧甲基纖維素酶、濾紙纖維素酶和半纖維素酶活性在菌絲生長(zhǎng)階段較低,菌核形成及菌核成熟階段較高;漆酶、愈創(chuàng)木酚氧化酶、鄰苯二酚氧化酶和過氧化物酶活性在菌絲生長(zhǎng)階段高于菌核形成階段;蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性在菌絲生長(zhǎng)時(shí)期及菌核成熟時(shí)期相對(duì)較高。
【Abstract】 Selected extracellular enzyme activities [carboxymethylcellulase(CMCase),filter paper enzyme(FPase),hemicellulase(HCase),laccase,guaiacol oxidase,catechol oxidase,peroxidase,proteinase and amylase] were determined at different stages during the artificial cultivation of Inonotus obliquus,strain JL01,on a substrate consisting of birch sawdust,wheat bran,corn cobs,sucrose and gypsum.CMCase,FPase and HCase activities were relatively low during the mycelial growth phase but increased between sclerot...
