【摘要】 利用超聲波(UAE)輔助提取-離子色譜(IC)法檢測(cè)皺蓋疣柄牛肝菌(Leccinum rugosiceps)中F-、Cl-、NO2-、NO3-、PO43-5種陰離子。采用NaOH溶液(3.0mmol/L)超聲滲提30min后進(jìn)樣100μL,通過(guò)流速為1.2mL/min的淋洗液Na2CO3+NaHCO3(3.5mmol/L+1.0mmol/L)洗脫。結(jié)果表明,F-、Cl-、NO2-、NO3-、PO43-5種離子線性范圍分別為2～25、2～20、2～100、10～55、10～100mg/L,峰面積RSD分別為0.58%、1.27%、0.73%、0.92%、2.33%,檢出限在0.0976～1.0984 mg/L之間,加標(biāo)回收率在87.50%～110%之間。皺蓋疣柄牛肝菌樣品中未檢出NO2-。該方法簡(jiǎn)單快捷、精密度好、準(zhǔn)確度高,可用于測(cè)定皺蓋疣柄牛肝菌中5種陰離子含量。

【Abstract】 The concentrations of five anions(F-,Cl-,NO-2,NO-3,and PO3-4) in Leccinum rugosiceps fruit bodies were determined using ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE)combined with ion chromatography(IC).Minimum detection limits were 97.6,136.5,1098.4,141.5 and 507.6 μg/L for F-,Cl-,NO-2,PO3-4and NO-3,respectively and calibration curves for F-,Cl-,NO-2,NO-3,and PO3-4 were linear over the ranges 2~25,2~20,2~100,10~55 and 10~100 mg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD) of the F-,Cl-,NO-2,NO-3 a...
