松茸的營養(yǎng)生理及培養(yǎng)基的篩選
STUDIES ON THE NUTRITIONAL PHYSIOLOGY AND SCREENING OF CULTURAL MEDIA OF TRICHOLOMA MATSUTAKE

摘 要:采用分離自吉林延邊的松茸菌種研究了松茸的營養(yǎng)生理及培養(yǎng)基篩選.結果表明:松茸對單糖、雙糖、多糖和糖醇都有一定的利用,但葡萄糖、果糖、甘露糖等單糖對菌絲生長效果較好;氮源以谷氨酰胺、(NH4)2HPO4、酒石酸銨等氨態(tài)氮較為適合.松茸菌絲在較寬C/N比范圍內都可生長,以C/N比21~66為佳.KH2PO4、MgSO4@7H2O、VB2VB6對松茸的生長促進效果明顯是菌絲生長所必需的.新篩選的11號培養(yǎng)基和已有松茸培養(yǎng)基比較,除生長速度有所提高外,氣生菌絲大為增多,生長茂盛.
